Hirie Takes the Stage: WMAT Fair & Rodeo 2025

Hirie x Denver DJ Service

This year, we had the honor of producing the stage for the White Mountain Apache Tribal Fair & Rodeo 2025, one of Colorado’s longest-running celebrations. The highlight of the weekend was hosting Hirie, whose performance brought energy, positivity, and a packed crowd to the fairgrounds. Our team at Denver DJ Service handled the full stage, sound, and lighting production to ensure everything looked and sounded world-class.

Staging the Experience

Here’s how we pulled it together:

  • Euro Stage 2620 / SL100 Rental

    • We brought out our professional Mobile Trailer (Portable) SL100 stage.

    • This stage gave us the perfect foundation for both artist performance and audience experience.

  • Lighting Design

    • 10 Stryker Wash Moving Heads filled the stage with bold, dynamic colors
    • 4 Shocker 2s Blinder Lights energized the crowd, keeping the atmosphere electric
    • 3 JOLT Blinder Lights provided a vibrant wash for the band, making every moment pop
    • All fixtures were strategically positioned to keep Hirie in the spotlight and the audience fully immersed
  • Sound System

    • 2 QSC LA112 line arrays (each made up of 4 speakers) delivered crystal-clear sound across the fairgrounds.

    • Balanced low to high frequencies so every lyric and beat carried perfectly.

  • Media Production

Bringing It All Together

From the graphics running on laptops, which ensured all visual elements were perfectly timed, to the advanced communications systems that allowed seamless coordination across the team, every detail of the production was carefully managed. Even small touches, like providing coolers stocked with drinks and snacks, helped maintain crew morale during long hours.

Key contributors included:

  • Setup team – handled the physical assembly of the stage, lighting, and rigging, making sure everything was safe and functional.

  • Audio engineers – managed sound levels, mixing, and clarity, ensuring the performance was heard perfectly by the audience.

  • Camera crew – captured every angle, both for live feed and recorded content, ensuring high-quality visuals.

  • Video engineers – oversaw video feeds, graphics integration, and playback, guaranteeing that all visual content ran smoothly and on schedule.

The team’s work didn’t go unnoticed—our lighting technician even received a shout-out during the show, highlighting the incredible effort that went into making the production shine.

When Hirie hit the stage, the sound was clear, the lights were alive, and the stage felt like home. Watching the crowd sing, dance, and connect with the music was the ultimate payoff for weeks of planning and a long day of setup.
